About Ryne Ogren

Business & Baseball

Ryne is a Former Professional Baseball Player now a Private Equity Investor. He has completed multiple successful transactions with his team and has put together countless other successful deals for others.

Some of his accomplishments in business include several minority stake investments in the Marketing Industry, multiple 9-figure deal structures in the Data Center Development Industry (hopefully closing soon), also developed a 7-Figure sales team in the Info-Product Industry, and more.

Ryne was drafted by the Seattle Mariners as a Shortstop in the 12th Round out of Elon University. He left college after his Junior year to go play professionally. He later on finished his degree in the off-season.

Ryne was traded to the Baltimore Orioles for veteran Major League Pitcher Mike Wright Jr in a 1 for 1 deal. He then quickly earned a spot on the Baltimore Orioles Leadership team which he led for 2 years. The Orioles turned Ryne from a Shortstop into a Catcher. After playing for 4.5 years professionally, Ryne joined the voluntarily retired list in pursuit of newer, bigger goals.
