About Ryne Ogren

Business & Baseball

Ryne is a former Professional Baseball Player who leverages a deep background in marketing to uncover and structure high-leverage deals.

Operating at the intersection of deal structuring and outbound marketing, his accomplishments include structuring major land assemblies in the data center development space, building the outbound engines that help mid-market companies land national retail accounts, scaling a 7-figure sales team from scratch and more.

To date, he has helped generate well over 8-figures in revenue for his clients and partners.

Ryne was drafted by the Seattle Mariners as a Shortstop in the 12th Round out of Elon University. He left college after his Junior year to go play professionally. He later on finished his degree in the off-season.

During his professional baseball career, Ryne was acquired by the Baltimore Orioles in a rare one for one trade for veteran Major League pitcher Mike Wright Jr.

Known for his strategic mindset, he quickly earned a spot on the Orioles Leadership Team, which he led for two years.

After successfully transitioning from Shortstop to Catcher, a move that required mastering the entire field, Ryne voluntarily retired after four and a half professional seasons to pursue larger ambitions in the business world.

Since leaving professional baseball, Ryne has acquired two marketing agencies (exiting one in 2025) and built a track record of closing deals across power infrastructure, data centers, retail, consumer products, and manufacturing.

When he’s out of the office, you can find him lifting weights, surfing, training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, fishing, or hanging with his family.

A proud Christian, Ryne also spends his free time reading and learning about the Bible.
